In order to transfer the requirements of our customers into a suitable automation concept, we start with the hardware layout. This includes selecting suitable components for control, drive and process technology, such as all sensors and actuators, as well as safety technology and developing an optimal safety and operating concept. Subsequently, we transfer the preliminary design into a diagram that complies with standards (according to DIN 61439) and prepare all necessary documents for our customers - ranging from circuit diagrams to flow charts and process diagrams, to parts lists and all relevant information on switch cabinet construction. Our engineers and technicians are experts in dealing with CAE software such as EPLAN P8. For us, it is a matter of course that we perform a risk assessment and the corresponding calculation of the performance level according to EN ISO 13489 in parallel with the development of the automation concept. The electrical design is then transferred into electrical installation, wiring and switch cabinet construction.
